Learn a new kiln fusing technique! In this workshop, students will use glass powder on a 7 ½” circle or square glass to create a beautiful tie-die pattern effect. Once the glass is fired, it will be slumped into a cool, one-of-a-kind dish. Students will learn how to cut glass and use powdered frit and the slurry technique to create this piece. Class will cover fused glass properties and firing techniques. All glass, materials, and tools included.
Open to students who have taken one of our Make It! Fused Glass classes, or the equivalent experience.
Open to students ages 12 and up. Students under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
All tools, materials, and finished project included with ticket price.
Projects created in our studios will be ready for pickup 5-7 days after completion.
