Make It! Journey Beads (July 2)

5:30-7:30pm.

Join us for a fun introduction to “Journey Beads“! This 2-hour class is designed to give you a hands-on way to support the program while enjoying a fun night in our studio. You’ll learn to melt colorful rods of glass to a mandrel over a torch, as our experienced artists lead you through the process of creating some of the basic beads used in the program.

Please note: this class does not automatically qualify you as an official Journey Beads volunteer bead-maker, but can be used as the first step on that path. For those that wish to continue on and become official Journey Beads volunteer bead makers, this class makes you eligible for our 2-day Official Journey Beads Training Course (learn more HERE).

Open to all skill levels, no previous glass art experience necessary. Must be 12 years or older. All tools, materials, and finished project included with ticket price. Projects will be ready for pickup 5-7 days after completion. See our full Registration and Cancellation Policies HERE.
