4-Day Glass Blowing Summer Camp (August 1-4)

    $350.00

    Monday, August 1 (9am – 12pm) , Day 1

    Tuesday, August 2 (9am – 12pm), Day 2

    Wednesday, August 3 (9am – 12pm), Day 3

    Thursday, August 4 (9am – 12pm), Day 4

Our popular Summer Glass Camps are back with a different and more in depth concept. The art of glass blowing originated about 2,000 years ago. In many ways, the tools and techniques used today are the same ones used thousands of years ago. In this 4-day glass blowing camp, students will learn the tools, equipment, and basic techniques to form blown glass as they work collaboratively with their peers. Additionally, students will be introduced to the scientific concepts that have shaped modern glass making and the history of glass art and craft in America.

Suitable for ages between 12-18. No previous experience necessary. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment. See our full Cancellation Policy HERE.

$350 per camper, includes all four dates. 10% discount for GAK Members.
