4-day Combination Summer Camp for Kids
Our popular Summer Glass Camps are back with a different and more in depth concept. In this 4-day combination glass camp, students will learn the tools, equipment, and basic techniques of glass blowing, lampworking, and kiln fusing. They will work side-by-side with our talented artist instructors, and also create collaboratively with their peers. Each student will create a number of projects including paperweights, ornament/globes, small bowls, necklace pendants, sculptural figurines, sun catchers, dichroic pieces, and more. Additionally, students will be introduced to the scientific concepts that have shaped modern glass making and the history of glass art and craft in America.
Suitable for ages between 12-18. No previous experience necessary. Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment. See our full Cancellation Policy HERE.
