Bead Making Essentials (October 15, 22, & 29)

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Students must have completed one “Make It!” Beads class or equivalent experience.

Torch Working Studio.

This is a 3-day workshop:

October 15 (5:30-8:30pm),

October 22 (5:30-8:30pm),

October 29 (5:30-8:30pm).

Learn the fun and meditative technique of creating colorful glass beads over a torch. In this 3-part course, you will learn studio safety, glass compatibility, annealing schedules, tool application, and bead shaping and decorating methods as you use heat and gravity to shape molten glass. Each student will make a number of beads as they learn the process.

 

Open to ages 12 and up. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Students must have completed one “Make It!” Beads class or equivalent experience. All tools, materials, and finished project included with ticket price. Projects will be ready for pickup 5-7 days after completion. See our full Registration and Cancellation Policies HERE.
